For the purpose of your home search in this Area, we have included the area south of LSU with the MS River its western boundary and I-10 to the east. It’s mostly comprised of the Highland Road, Perkins Road & Nicholson Drive, including well known neighborhoods like College Hills, Woodgate, Oak Hills, University Club, Preserve at Harveston, the Burbank & Gardere areas, and southward to include Country Club of Louisiana over to Santa Maria. One of the most beautiful parts of Baton Rouge known for its iconic drapes of Live Oak Trees and beautiful Mansions.
