Shenandoah/Hoo Shoo Too
As Baton Rouge grew eastward in the 1960’s and 1970’s, the areas along Coursey Boulevard, and southern Sherwood Forest Boulevard continued expansion to the Amite River to include the areas known as Lake Sherwood east to Shenandoah Estates, White Oak Estates, south to Old Jefferson and the newest TND Long Farm and further south to include up & coming Hoo Shoo Too area to the parish line at Bayou Manchac.
